Yuli

Her style pulls from multiple yogic disciplines, and is both intuitive and steeped in the traditional aspects of yoga. Before becoming a yoga teacher, she was a presenter on TV and radio, a singer and a well-known dancer in Belarus, her native country. It was a time when she found she felt the weight of the external and the masks she had to wear. She realised that, despite the fame, she was not feeling happy. However, she has always been attracted to movement, so she continued studying dance and doing physical exercises such as pilates. Her classes focus on the idea of "witness observer attitude", meditation in movement. Yuli views the science and spirituality of Yoga as a path to explore the inner self and elevate consciousness.
