She grew up in Barcelona and spent her early years training as a semi-professional gymnast-acrobat, learning contemporary dance and playing in several commercials and TV spots. At the age of 16, she started studying acting and filmmaking with great results to later end up in New York (NYU) to finish off her intense studies. The performance of the body and the soul are essential ways for Judith to express herself and when she discovered Yoga, she found balance but also the freedom to be whoever she wanted to be. Through Yoga she has trained herself as an instrument by working on her mind, her breathing, her body and her voice.
Cereal with honey and avena milk or hot water with tea plus dried fruit and nuts, sometimes whole grain toast and some chocolate cookies as well.
My Ashtanga yoga practice, and if I don’t have enough time just a few movements and stretches.
Do your practice and all is coming.
In order to regain confidence and feel better, I pay attention to what I am telling to myself. Also reclaim my confidence by reviewing the unique, valuable, and special qualities I have - the parts of me that I can find delightful, fun, that I would never want to change. Lately I did an exercise where I wrote a few words or a list of affirmations and I made a voice recording on my phone so I can return to it on another day when I need to remember “my awesomeness”.
Enough, Enough food, Enough Family, Enough health, Enough knowledge, Enough love, Enough friendship, Enough companionship, Enough.
Probably I would talk about my adventurers travelling and living around the world. I became a mom, and I would also talk about motherland themes.
I believe that it is just as reasonable to believe that the Universe came from nothing or has always existed in some form as it is to believe that it came from a supreme intelligence of unimaginable complexity that came from nothing or has always existed.
This is not in any particular order and it is generally about the most appealing characteristics in me: open-mindedness, emotional intelligence, calm confidence, genuine humility, good-natured humour, acceptance, intelligence and insight, generosity.
I think I would pick my father, who died a few years ago. His views and opinions were always a fine call to reflect on what I was currently doing or thinking. Leonardo da Vinci. A man with no formal education whatsoever and yet who created some of life’s greatest treasures. Artwork, sculpture, engineering, anatomy, the list goes on and on. I would love to know if he ever slept? Pattabhi Jois. I would ask him many doubts about Ashtanga Yoga and also I would like to practise with him the primary series of Ashtanga.
I think I have the courage to break out of the comfort, and amazing things will happen I guess. We always have the power. Just had to learn it for yourself.
I feel like I am so happy with what I’m doing currently that I really have no need to ever want to change my job. Right now everything is in complete alignment. But in terms of dreaming, I would like to be a “journalist” around the world.
Health and wellness probably and of course Yoga. I randomly choose from Spotify but I do not have any favourite ones yet.
