Her interests are many: she works as a restorer of canvases, panels and wooden sculptures in Italy and abroad. She runs a mediaeval Chambre d'hotes with her family. She is passionate about theatre and acts in amateur and professional theatre companies. She will help us strengthen our facial muscles and smile all the time!

What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

Green tea, girella with raisins and orange juice.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

Without breakfast the day doesn't start neither for me nor for my children.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

Don't take your life too seriously, you won't get out of it anyway!

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

Hand on belly, deep breath with eyes closed, smile.

What comes to your mind when you think of the word ‘success’?

Being able to have a satisfying and above all happy life.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

About my passion for cooking.

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

To be able to work three, four jobs and be a mum of three.

Jim Carrey to talk about his extraordinary mimicry skills. Giorgio Locatelli to talk about cooking (but it would be better if he chose the restaurant). My husband because we haven't been able to have a quiet dinner together for five years .

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

Judging by the choice of having three children one after the other, I would say courage!

A pastry chef
