For years Federica has been into Capoeira, a natural union of play, dance, sociability and exercise. She has also been in love surfing, which has allowed her to combine physical activity with a deep contact with the forces of nature. Yet, after all, she discovered Yoga. She began practising out of curiosity, but soon her daily practice led her to teaching.
Cappuccino, yoghurt and cereals or a piece of homemade cake. On Sundays I can never miss pancakes!
I wish I could write "a sunrise surf session" like I did when I lived in Sydney but in the end stretching out in bed and giving my baby a kiss on the cheek is my favourite thing!
A day without doing something for others is a day lost.
Dedicating time to taking care of myself and my body, practising yoga and writing in my diary.
For me, success means finding a balance between the different spheres that make up our existence. This does not only mean achieving one's goals, but also knowing when it is necessary to take a back seat in order to give the right attention to those around us. I am successful if I can appreciate the ups and downs that are part of our daily lives, if I can find time for myself but also for those who are important to me. I am successful if I can understand when it is right to fight the challenges that life throws at me and at the same time if I know when I can rest or give myself peace.

Maybe this is not crazy for others, but the modern world is reducing social relationships and is making us increasingly lonely and only focused on ourselves.
Humility, empathy and kindness. In a nutshell, simplicity.
My grandmother, because when growing up I thought of so many questions that unfortunately I never had the chance to ask her. Alan Watts because his words always touch the deepest chords of my soul David Attenbourgh, I don't think a dinner party would be enough to hear the story of his incredible life!
I think my life has been and still is a whirlwind of change, so I would say courage. Courage for me is synonymous with freedom.
Marine biologist. The sea is my natural element for which I have a visceral sense of attraction mixed with a reverential awe.
"Hidden Brain”, to find out why we behave in certain ways, experience certain emotions and handle the facts of life or relationships in a more or less satisfying way, always straddling biological science and psychology.
