What is CIAOMONDO?

A safe virtual space where you can feel good. A kind place where you can practice live on Zoom Yoga, (many different styles) Pilates, Kundalini, Barre Ballet, Freedom Dance, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Flexy, Pranayama, HIIT, Primitive Moves, Total Body. You will also find recorded meditations always available. A community on Telegram, always there to share, to bond, to make new connections.
More than 80 live classes per month in English, and more than 140 live classes per month in Italian.

Who is Licia Florio?

Licia Florio is an Italian brand that develops responsible and sustainable products and helps you create time for yourself through simple gestures and everyday products to elevate your body, mind and awareness. Go to the website.

Are all classes live?

The classes are live only, they are never recorded and therefore will not be shared after the practice. We believe that your presence during the practice is important, we feel the vibe, and we hope you will seek your moment of presence with us on the mat.

When does the month start? When can I register?

You can subscribe at any time of the month! The subscription starts from the day you subscribe until the following month and then you don't have to worry anymore because the subscription is self-renewing.

How do I access classes?

You can go to your private area, look at the calendar, choose the day and time practice you want to attend, click on Join and wait for the class to start in the waiting room.

Can I do a trial lesson for free?

No, we do not have trial lessons. You can subscribe for only 9.90€ per month and cancel the subscription whenever you like if you don't like it.

How do I use Zoom?

Go to the zoom website and follow the instructions to download the app for free from both desktop and mobile (iOS and android) without having to register. You can view it on any device and do not need to register. In your personal area you will find direct contact details for the day's class.

Do you need props for the practices?

All practices are designed to be done without the need for equipment. However, in some classes props may be used to intensify the movement or facilitate it, but they are not essential. If you don’t want to use equipment, that’s also fine.

If I want to buy props, what should I get?

Two yoga cork blocks and the non-elastic band for yoga. A loop band, the small ball, the hoop for Pilates. Ankle weights and 1kg or 1.5kg dumbbells (about 2-3 lbs) are optional in some sessions of HIIT and LIIT. The meditation cushion and bolster. A chair, table, or whatever else you can find, that hits at about hips height for Barre Ballet.

Do I have to keep the room switched on during practices?

You are not obliged to keep the camera on, you can practice without showing yourself. If you leave the camera on, the teacher can correct you and give you directions. You will exchange positive energy, smiles and cheers with the community during or at the end of the class.

If I have never done any discipline can I participate?

Absolutely! All classes are dedicated to conscious movement and breathing so you can start with us on your path to evolution and balance. If you would like to have individual schedule and would like advice on practices and what to start with, write to ciao@ciaomondo.us so we can help you create your schedule.

Is there a weekly calendar I can follow?

Yes, in your private area you can see the updated calendar every Sunday evening, we also post it on Instagram @ciaomondo_liciaflorio and on Telegram.

Will there be changes to the calendar?

There will be surprises and there will be Freedom Dance and Yin Yoga practices once a month. There may be changes based on teachers' sudden commitments.

What does membership include?

You have the access to all practices, surprises, workshops, Beautiful Meditations. You can join the wonderful community, and have exclusive promotions for the Licia Florio brand, and introductions of projects we love the vision of and want to support and promote.

How long are the practices?

Yoga practices last 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Lift the Booty training, SOS abs, Power Arms and meditation last 20 minutes. All other classes last 45 or 60 minutes. The duration of the classes is indicated on the calendar in the reserved area.

Why only €9.90 per month?

To be able to reach as many people as possible. It is important for us, to make these practices accessible and known because are and effective way to balance mind and body. This method brings us into that space of balance that makes us peaceful in the present and helps us build the future.

I would like to make my company a future-responsible company and give the people who work there the opportunity to devote time to themselves. How can I do this?

Write to ciao@ciaomondo.us we have a very simple package for companies, with no employee limit, which can be activated immediately.

Is my membership automatically renewed?

Yes, the subscription cycle is monthly from the date of the first payment (or annual if you have an annual plan).

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no additional cost and you will have access until the end of the billing cycle.

How do I cancel my membership?

Go to your member area, find Membership Management, click on 'Your Profile', select the 'Cancel' option, confirm your choice and you're done! You will not be charged for the new month, but you will be able to access the files until the end of your current subscription cycle. When you cancel, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds at the moment. If you would like to write to us about your subscription or account, you can contact us.

How do I switch for an annual subscription?

1. Head to the top right corner and click “Personal Area”
2. Click “membership management”
3. Under “Your Plan” click on edit
4. Select the Annual plan
5. Click Save Changes

Who is CIAOMONDO addressed to?

To anyone who wants to move their body and mind, to experiment, to find a safe place to practice, to make new connections, to evolve. There is no need to have experience, that is created with time, perseverance and love.
