What do you have for breakfast in the morning?

Coffee, milk and cereals.

What is the first thing you do every morning to start your day the best way?

I breathe, look at the sky (today it is blue) and try to put the day and week in order mentally. If I sleep with my loved one, or a friend, I totally disconnect and savour the kindness of each present moment.

What would you write on a billboard in the centre of your city?

Gracias Vida!

Do you have rituals that help you feel more confident with yourself?

Yes, bringing the focus back to my path, I visualise it as a path, a journey. I try to leave comparison out of everything. I stay inside, appreciate myself and smile. I celebrate myself. I often use post-it notes with quotes that I stick on the walls, when they fall, I realise that purpose has been fulfilled.I exercise, I practice, I run and I look at the sky. This sky, how much it fills my soul! I call my friends, my family, I do some schooling with my therapist, at least once a month. I draw, I paint. I try to bring clarity so I can be honest with others, but above all with myself. I search for my truths.

If you were invited to speak at a conference and you didn't have to talk about your work, what would you talk about?

About emotions and energy.

Is there anything you believe in that other people find crazy?

Nothing! I always find a point of madness in common.

What human characteristic most appeals to you?

Linearity, sensitivity and honesty.

Three people you would invite for dinner if you had the chance and why.

My mum and dad, to express my gratitude; Will Smith, to let me inspire, enlighten; my best friend, to share great laughter.

Do you tend to choose courage or comfort?

Courage, always. Or at least I try most of the time. OH, HOW UNCOMFORTABLE!

If you could change your job for a day, what would you become?

Astronaut, to see everything from a different perspective. I'd like to do a brave job.
